BIRTHDAY PARTIES

    Celebrate your child’s big day at Warriors Academy of Gymnastics!

​

Our party package includes 2 hours of fun, featuring 1 hour and 15 minutes of guided gym time with our trained coaches and 45 minutes in our air-conditioned party room. Package price includes up to 20 participants and two dedicated party coaches.

Available Saturdays and Sundays.

(Current Warriors Gymnastics members receive a $25 discount)

What’s Included

  • 2-hour party

  • 1 hour and 15 minutes of instructional/guided gym time led by trained Warriors coaches

  • 45 minutes in our air-conditioned party room

  • Package price includes up to 20 participants and two dedicated party coaches​

Additional Participants

  • Over 20 participants: $15 per additional participant

  • For groups over 20, parties will be open gym only (no obstacle course or games)

  • Maximum 30 participants seated in the party room

  • Total maximum capacity: 40 people in the gym​

​

Parent Participation Requirements

To ensure safety, parental involvement is required based on age:

  • Ages 5 and under: A parent must accompany each child on the gym floor at all times (for safety and bathroom breaks)

  • Age 6: One parent per 8 children must assist in the gym

  • Ages 7 and up: No parent assistance needed in the gym

Instructor-Led Gym Activities

  • Warriors Gymnastics coaches will lead all activities and assist the party host in the party room.

​

Gym time includes:

  • Warm-up & rules

  • Obstacle course

  • Games

  • Supervised use of the trampoline, Tumble Track, and foam pit swing

​

Party Room Setup

We provide:

  • 4 rectangular tables (72” x 30”)

    • Suggested use: 1 for food, 3 for guests

  • Folding chairs
    (Tablecloths/coverings not included)​​

Cancellation Policy:

 $50 rescheduling fee If cancelled 48 hours of the scheduled party date

 

$50 non-refundable deposit is included in the price of the party

 

If the party is canceled +3 weeks prior to the party date, Warriors Gymnastics will refund your balance paid less the $50 non-refundable deposit. 

 

If the party is canceled 15-21 days prior to the party date, Warriors Gymnastics will refund $100 of the paid balance only. (Warriors Gymnastics will retain the $50 non-refundable deposit and assess a Late Cancellation Fee of $100 for members and $125 for non members.)

 

If the party is canceled 14 days to 3 days prior to the party date, no refunds will be given. 

Warriors Gymnastics will allow 1 attempt at rescheduling the party within 30 days of the original party date.  Rescheduling of a new party date will be based on availability of the Party Room and is not guaranteed.

 

If the party is cancelled 48 hours prior to the party there is a $50 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be given. Rescheduling of a new party date will be based on availability of the Party Room and is not guaranteed.

 

Weather Policy/Facility Issues: If your party is canceled by Warriors Gymnastics due to weather or facility related issues, you may do one of the following; reschedule your party for a date of your choice that is available, use paid amount towards classes, or receive a full refund of amount paid. In the event of a power outage due to inclement weather or a business park-wide power issue:

If the party is over halfway completed, a partial refund will be issued.

If the party is before halfway, a full refund will be issued.

If you would like to reschedule instead of receiving a refund, please notify our front desk staff, and we will assist you in arranging a new date.
