BEARS
2 - 3.5 years old

This parent-participation class builds on the skills learned in Cubs as little gymnasts gain confidence and independence! Parents and children will rotate through fun, structured gymnastics activities led by our coaches. Athletes will work on key early skills such as jumping with two feet, hanging from a bar, walking on a balance beam, and doing a forward roll on a cheese mat — all while developing coordination, strength, and a love for movement.

Athletes are eligible to move up based on age, ability to follow instructions, and ability to stay with the group/class.

OTTERS
3.5 - 5 years old

This class is designed for growing gymnasts who are ready for more independence! Coaches lead the group through structured gymnastics activities that continue to build on foundational skills. Athletes will practice hopping on one foot, exploring beginner handstand concepts, jumping to a front support at the bar, walking confidently on the balance beam, and performing forward rolls on a cheese mat — working toward doing each skill independently. In addition to physical progress, gymnasts will also develop important classroom and social skills such as following directions, taking turns, and staying with the group.

Athletes are eligible to move up based on age, ability to follow instructions, and ability to stay with the group/class.
